This is the procedure to download and use
the same memory test we use on most system to check if the RAM has any
physical errors. This program performs a read/write test to all
the memory locations in the memory to ensure that they are all
functional. For the Floppy Version click HERE You will need an empty floppy disk. Download the file to a PC with Windows and Run the program. It will make the floppy you use to boot up the PC you wish to test.
For the CD-Version click HERE Here you have an ISO image. Use Nero or other program to burn a CD with this image and start the system from the CD. (note that CD version has some error during boot due to the transfer from floppy to CD, Please ignore all booting errors and the system will run properly) |
